AIDS Walk Chicago

WHAT IS A COLORBAND?

AIDS Run & Walk Chicago is the city’s largest outdoor community event bringing together care providers, family members, advocates and HIV-positive Chicagoans. We #BANDTOGETHER to generate awareness, erase stigma, celebrate the lives that came before us and lead the way to an AIDS-free generation.

On event day, we invite you to self-select a vibrant COLORband to show how you support the HIV community and why you run or walk! The seamless headbands and armbands are complimentary with your registration.

How will you style your COLORband? Take a look at the chart below to find out what each color represents and some of the ways you can style it.

WHY DO YOU RUN OR WALK?

#TeamJessica walks toward hope and away from stigma

Jessica Glaspie

"I was only 22 when I was diagnosed. I was young and I felt it.

But everyone's just trying to learn how to live, and now I'm just learning how to live a little differently."
