AIDS Walk Chicago

COMMUNITYDIRECT PARTNERS

Care2Prevent Team

Members of the AFC’s Service Providers Council have the opportunity to benefit from AIDS Run & Walk Chicago through the CommunityDirect program – the event’s flagship partnership program that assists Chicago-based HIV organizations in raising funds for their own programs and services. Since 2005, AFC has returned more than $2.5 million in fundraising to participating HIV/AIDS service providers.

In 2015, CommunityDirect partners raised over $235,000 through the AIDS Run & Walk Chicago!
