I RUN PROUD with T2.

I'm running the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 13, 2019, to save lives and put an end to new HIV infections in Illinois. I'm running with TEAM TO END AIDS (T2), a team that's training me to cross the finish line while I raise funds for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC). I ran my first Chicago Marathon with T2 in 2018, and it was a life-changing experience to run with some of the most strong, passionate athletes I've met.

I'm not just running with this organization for the community and training accountability—I care deeply about the work that AFC does. I spend my days working in research to better understand disparities in HIV infection, prevention, and treatment. While fewer people are newly positive, over one million people in the US are living with HIV. AFC is depending on me (and you) to help ensure that people living with HIV have equitable access to housing, health care, case management and other supportive services. I am committed to the type of work that AFC does, and that's why I'm running 26.2 miles in October!

Help me cross the finish line, and help thousands of people across Illinois live better lives. Donate to my T2 campaign today. Just click the DONATE TO ME button to the right to get started.
