TEAM TO END AIDS (T2) is proud to be a charity partner of the Life Time Tri Chicago. The T2 Triathlon Training Program is 100% intimidation-free and is the most comprehensive triathlon training program in the Chicago area. T2 has partnered with TriMonster and Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) to provide a four-month triathlon training program that will propel you through the Life Time Tri Chicago Triathlon.
Since 2002, TriMonster has helped more than 700 individuals from first-timers to endurance event veterans successfully conquer a triathlon. And their USAT certified coaches will do the same for you. And that’s not all: each T2 triathlon participant will receive a full access membership to one of five participating Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) for the duration of the training program.

All training will first take place indoors at your chosen FFC

workouts; a "brick workout" (consisting of biking and running), a swim
workout, and varied weekend workouts. In
addition, your schedule will include train-on-your-own workouts designed
by your coach.
Brick workouts utilize a combination of spin bikes (in the spin
studio) and treadmills while swim workouts utilize the club's lap
For the workouts on your own you will have complete access to your chosen FFC loaction throughout your training.
Weather permitting, workouts will move outdoors to Chicago's lake
front. Also, once water temperatures permit we will move swim workouts
to Ohio Street Beach to work on open water swimming. Don't worry, we
still give you access to your chosen club throughout training, and if
you still want to work on your swim stroke, we alter the indoor swim
schedule to allow for you to fine tune.
